Our Story

Converting pasture into lavender fields

We purchased our property in Lebanon in 2025 and are in the process of transforming the pasture into a working lavender farm. Three hundred plants go in the ground in May 2026, with our first small harvest expected in Summer 2027. In the meantime, our ducks are hard at work — and their eggs are available now.
